Zistle.com is a sports card community designed and implemented by my wife Ashley and me.  It is primarily a ruby on rails application with a number of different technologies in the storage layer.

In addition to helping people track their collections in an intuitive way, we offer automatically updating wantlists and tradelists, a platform for trading with other users, import and export of your data, our own pricing algorithm based on current market prices, a mobile optimized version of the application and much more.

It was initially launched in early 2009 as a beta project to experiment with crowd-sourcing and data manipulation at large scale. It has since taken off in the sports card community and has received rave reviews from users both for its ease of use as well as its performance. It has quickly become the definitive online resource for sports cards collection management and is one of the largest databases of sports card images on the internet.
